ABOUT PROJECT

LineSight is building a smarter way for metal service centers to plan slitting and reduce avoidable scrap.

The platform uses order, inventory, and production data to generate more effective slitting plans. It is designed for operators and owners who care about margin, speed, and making better use of every coil.

LineSight came to Zyner with a strong product idea but no established brand or marketing materials. Our role was to build the identity and launch assets needed to explain the product clearly and bring it to market with confidence.

LineSight is building a smarter way for metal service centers to plan slitting and reduce avoidable scrap.

The Challenge

The hardest part was not making industrial AI look advanced. It was making a technical factory workflow easy to understand.

LineSight works with ERP data, coil inventory, line capabilities, order constraints, and production planning. Those details make the product valuable, but presenting them all at once would make the story difficult to follow.

A technical product to explain
The value had to make sense quickly without simplifying away the details experienced operators need to trust it.

No visual library to rely on
There were no existing product images, videos, or brand assets, so the visual story had to be created from the ground up.

One story across every touchpoint
The brand, website, social collateral, and pitch deck all needed to feel like parts of the same company.

Branding

The hardest part was not making industrial AI look advanced. It was making a technical factory workflow easy to understand.

The identity took cues from metal processing without becoming heavy or overly mechanical. Strong typography and structured layouts created a clear hierarchy, while custom illustrations and animation made technical ideas easier to understand.

The system was designed to work across brand guidelines, social content, product storytelling, and the pitch deck without losing consistency.

WEBSITE

The website turned a complex production workflow into a clear product story.

The page moves from the hidden cost of scrap to the way LineSight works, the factory constraints it handles, and how it connects with existing ERP systems.

The product workflow is explained in three practical steps: connect the ERP, generate an optimized slitting plan, and create the production work order. This gives operators a simple path into the product before introducing the deeper technical details.

The Result

A clearer product story

The brand and website give LineSight a focused way to explain what the platform does, how it fits into existing operations, and why it matters to metal service centers.

One connected identity

The same visual system now carries across the website, custom illustrations, social content, and pitch deck, giving every touchpoint a consistent LineSight look and story.

Ready for launch

LineSight moved from an early product idea with no established visual presence to a complete set of approved, market-facing assets, including a live website and a 29-slide pitch deck.
