ABOUT PROJECT
Guickly gives enterprises visibility into every AI tool, model, and agent running inside their organization.

The Challenge
Guickly needed a brand before it had finished deciding what the product was.
Everything else was going to be built on that brand, so it had to come first. What it represented was still moving.
A product still being defined
The identity had to represent something that was still taking shape, so it could not be built around a feature set.
A website built ahead of the audience
Zyner's first landing page went up while the target was still being worked out. Once it came back as enterprise CIOs, CTOs, and CFOs, the site had a clearer job to do.
A launch story that had to be found
What the launch video should carry, and what it should leave out, took several passes to settle.

Branding
The identity came first, built to apply to everything else. The theme was quickness.
Zyner worked from a single theme, quickness, rather than from the feature set. That gave the system something stable to sit on while the product was still being decided.
Three logo directions were presented. The client selected the first, for a memarable mark.
Keeping the branding aligned to a moving product took constant contact with the client rather than a fixed brief.

WEBSITE
We went from creating a V0 to get things moving to a full muti-page Enteprise website.
Zyner made that version before Guickly had settled its target and its product. When the answer came back as enterprise CIOs, CTOs, and CFOs and their offices, the change the visual direction, to align with Guickly's new ICP away from a general product page and toward something built for enterprise buyers.
The redesign built a full website and 9 sub-pages with clear illustrations, rive animations covering every single angle of how the product works, enabling the visitors identify the value proposition of Guickly's product.

Launch video
The story was built with the team, scene by scene.
The visual direction was set early and held throughout: maximum product on screen, one focus at a time.
Building the story took work. Deciding what a launch video carries, and what it leaves out, is worth getting right, so our team and the client's team agreed what mattered most to show, then went back through the storyboard section by section until every scene was signed off.

The Result
A public launch with a $4.2M seed
Guickly launched on 1 September 2026 with $4.2M in seed funding led by Engineering Capital, joined by Converge VC, Neon Fund, and angels.
Enterprise ready
From brand to the website and everything in between now carries the identity and the credibility of a enterprise ready startup all the way round.
One clear & connected identity
Guickly now has an identity with defined asset files and a brand guide, applied across a 10-page website, a launch video, and a merch range.
