Subscription Terms
Zyner.io Subscription Terms Updated: 10th of December 2025
1. Fees and Billing Cycle
Payment: You agree to pay the fees for your selected subscription plan in full prior to any obligation of the Company to perform the Service.
Automatic Renewal: Subscriptions are billed on a recurring and periodic basis (“Billing Cycle”). Your Subscription will automatically renew under the exact same conditions at the end of each Billing Cycle unless you cancel it.
2. Service Utilization
Client Responsibility: The client is solely responsible for submitting tasks and utilizing the service capacity provided by their subscription plan.
No Carryover: Unused capacity or tasks within a billing cycle do not carry over to the next cycle and are not eligible for any form of credit. Our service reserves dedicated design resources for the client daily.
3. Cancellation Policy
Cancellation Requirement: You may cancel your Subscription at any time. To prevent automatic renewal and the next charge, the client must submit a formal cancellation request before the next scheduled billing date using one of the following methods:
A direct message on Slack to the designated Project Manager (PM) or Founder (Sehan), with the entire project channel tagged.
An email sent to legal@zyner.io.
Post-Renewal Charge: Cancellation requests made after the renewal charge has occurred will be declined. The charge is non-refundable, and the client retains access for the renewed subscription period.
4. Refund Policy (No Refunds)
Zyner.io operates a strict no-refund policy for all subscription plans.
Core No-Refund Rule: All sales are final. The client acknowledges and agrees that Zyner.io offers no refunds for any subscription fees paid, under any and all circumstances, including:
Dissatisfaction with the service.
Lack of utilization or unused capacity within a billing cycle.
Cancellation requests made after the scheduled subscription renewal date.
Non-Valid Reasons for Refund: A client's internal decision to pivot to a coding, development, or engineering phase, or the inability of the client's internal team to use the provided design files, is not a valid basis for a refund claim, as Zyner.io explicitly excludes coding services from its offerings.
Acknowledgement: By completing the subscription purchase, the client expressly agrees to and acknowledges the no-refund policy as a material term of this agreement.
