Welcome to Zyner.io, a design service operated by Notch Digital, LLC (“us”, “we”, or “our”). This Privacy Policy governs your use of our Service and explains how we collect, safeguard, and disclose information resulting from your use of our Service. By using the Service, you agree to the collection and use of information in accordance with this policy.
2. Definitions
SERVICE means the Zyner.io website and related services operated by Notch Digital, LLC.
PERSONAL DATA means data about a living individual who can be identified from those data.
USAGE DATA is data collected automatically, generated by the use of the Service (e.g., website visitor tracking via rb2b).
CLIENT MATERIALS means all business-related information and documents shared by the Client to facilitate the Service (e.g., PRDs, branding guides, pitch decks, sales deck documents, and video/audio responses via VideoAsk).

We collect several different types of information for various purposes to provide and improve our Service to you.
A. Personal and Payment Data Collected
We limit the collection of personally identifiable information to what is strictly necessary for service provision and billing:
Client's full name
Email address
Billing address
Payment Details: We do not store full payment card information. Payment processing is handled securely by our third-party provider, Stripe, which collects and safeguards your card details. We only receive a payment token and limited details necessary for transaction reference.
B. Client Materials and Business Data
To provide the design service, we collect detailed information about your business, which may include confidential or proprietary data:
Client Materials are collected via the Service, including but not limited to, detailed project requirement documents (PRDs), branding guides, pitch decks, sales decks, and other business-specific documentation.
This information is often collected using third-party services like VideoAsk (for video/audio responses) or documents shared on Slack, which are then used solely for the purpose of creating the Deliverables.
C. Usage Data and Tracking
We do not use standard cookies on our website but track website visitors using services such as rb2b to analyze site traffic and visitor activity for business and service improvement.
4. Public Use of Deliverables (Portfolio Rights & Disclosure)
Unless you formally request an opt-out, we reserve the right to display and publish all design work and project deliverables for portfolio and marketing purposes.
Default Public Use: By utilizing the Service, you grant Zyner.io and Notch Digital, LLC a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, publish, and display any completed design work and project deliverables ("Deliverables") on our website, social media channels, and marketing materials for promotional purposes.
Opt-Out/Confidentiality: To prevent the public use of your Deliverables, the Client must submit a formal written request to legal@zyner.io or ensure a signed Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) is in place with Zyner.io. The formal request must be confirmed by Zyner.io prior to the commencement of the project work.
5. Data Security
We rely on third-party security protocols (Stripe, Slack, VideoAsk) to manage your data. While we strive to use commercially acceptable means to protect your Personal Data and Client Materials, we cannot guarantee its absolute security.
