Terms of Service

Zyner.io Terms of Service Updated: 10th of December 2025

1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the Zyner.io service operated by Notch Digital, LLC ("Company"). Your agreement with us includes these Terms, our Privacy Policy, and our Subscription Terms (collectively, “Agreements”). By accessing or using the Service, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by all Agreements.

2. Service Scope and Limitations

A. Design-Only Service

Zyner.io is a subscription-based service dedicated exclusively to still (non-motion) design tasks, including UI/UX design, visual design, branding assets, and illustration.

Important Limitation: Zyner.io does not offer, provide, or include any form of motion graphics, 3D visuals, development, programming, or coding services. All deliverables are provided solely as design source files (e.g., Figma, Sketch) and are the final output of the service. Client pivots to coding or the inability to use design files is not a basis for refund.

B. Operational Base and Hours
  • Team Location: Zyner.io’s core operations and design team are primarily based in Sri Lanka and adhere to Sri Lankan Standard Time (IST).

  • Delivery Timeframe: While completed task deliveries are typically scheduled to align with Pacific Standard Time (PST) working hours, communication responses and task cycles will adhere to IST business hours.

3. Communication and Workflow

A. Asynchronous Communication (Primary)
  • Primary Channel: Slack is the sole accepted channel for all asynchronous project communication, task submission, and project management (Slack Kanban (task) board).

  • Preferred Feedback Format: We primarily communicate task progress and deliverables using pre-recorded video formats (e.g., Loom or Komodo) and strongly prefer that clients provide feedback using the same method to ensure clarity and efficiency.

B. Synchronous Communication (Limited)
  • Live synchronization meetings are available upon request, limited to one 30-minute session every two weeks (bi-weekly), and must be scheduled at least 48 hours in advance.

4. Intellectual Property (IP) and Portfolio Rights

  • Client Ownership: Upon full and successful payment of the subscription fee, the client is granted full, exclusive, worldwide, perpetual rights to the final Deliverables created specifically for them under the Service.

  • Zyner.io Portfolio Rights: Notwithstanding the Client's ownership, Zyner.io retains the right to publish and display all completed work. Zyner.io always can publish its work unless the client requests formally via an email not to do so. This is detailed further in the Copyright Policy.

5. Prohibited Uses and Client Responsibilities

You agree not to use the Service in any way that violates any applicable law, infringes upon the rights of others, or attempts to gain unauthorized access to our systems. You warrant that any assets, text, or content you provide to Zyner.io for use in the Deliverables do not infringe upon any third-party intellectual property rights.
