Copyright Policy

Zyner.io Copyright Policy Updated: 10th of December 2025

This Copyright Policy constitutes a summary of legal terms regarding the transfer of copyright and other intellectual property rights in works delivered through Zyner.io Service under the Terms of Service.

1. Client Ownership of Deliverables

• Full Transfer of IP: Upon full and successful payment of the subscription fee, Zyner.io hereby assigns to the Client all right, title, and interest throughout the world in and to the final design work, assets, and other Deliverables created specifically for the Client ("Client Inventions").

• Perpetual Use: The Client owns all copyright and other intellectual property rights in the final Deliverables and may continue to use them in current or future projects after ending the subscription.

2. Portfolio Rights and Disclosure

Notwithstanding the Client's ownership, the Client acknowledges and agrees to the following:

• Default Portfolio Use: Zyner.io retains the right to publish and display all completed work on its website, social media, and marketing materials.

• Client Opt-Out: Zyner.io can post its work unless the Client formally requests not to do so via an email sent to legal@zyner.io. The client may revoke this Portfolio Rights license at any time by sending this formal written notice.
