ABOUT PROJECT

KaigoHealth is building an AI business office that helps skilled nursing facilities find missed revenue and unnecessary spend.

The product is designed for SNF operators and business offices that need a clearer view of underpayments, billing errors, vendor waste, and other financial leakage.

KaigoHealth came to Zyner as an early-stage company preparing for Demo Day and fundraising. Starting from an onboarding questionnaire, we created its logo and visual identity, then designed and built a custom Framer landing page over approximately three to four weeks.

LineSight is building a smarter way for metal service centers to plan slitting and reduce avoidable scrap.

The Challenge

The team needed a credible investor-facing presence quickly while the brand was still being defined from scratch.

KaigoHealth had no established identity or landing page, and the work was moving against a high-pressure Demo Day timeline. The visual direction also needed a significant reset after the first route felt too busy for the tone the client wanted.

No existing brand foundation
The logo, palette, visual direction, and landing-page system all had to be developed from the initial onboarding material.

A fixed fundraising window
The company needed a professional page it could put in front of investors while fundraising was already in progress.

A mid-project creative reset
The first direction combined blue with several saturated accent colors. Client feedback called for a calmer, more focused aesthetic and greater strategic ownership, so the team had to establish a new direction without losing more time.

Branding

We replaced the saturated first route with a restrained identity built around calm, clarity, and whitespace.

The revised direction used an off-white and warm light-gray palette, spacious layouts, and more considered imagery to create a quieter, more confident visual presence. This gave the healthcare AI story room to breathe and aligned the identity with the premium reference the client provided.

Zyner delivered the logo with the approved brand direction and palette so the system could carry beyond the initial page.

WEBSITE

The Framer site turned the new visual direction into a focused story for Demo Day and investor conversations.

The landing page brought the company story together across the hero, value proposition, video, team, and How It Works sections. Calm section layouts and updated hero imagery helped the page feel coherent without overloading visitors with detail.

The Result

Fundraising conversations had a clear place to start

Instead of introducing the company from an onboarding document and explaining the story from scratch in every meeting, KaigoHealth could direct investors to one focused brand and product narrative ahead of Demo Day.

KaigoHealth regained momentum before Demo Day

The creative reset turned direct feedback into one focused direction and moved the project beyond an unresolved exploration phase. This helped the team keep its fundraising preparation moving while Zyner took greater ownership of the design decisions.

The team could carry the story forward without starting over

The approved identity gave KaigoHealth a consistent direction for future communications, adapt its story without rebuilding the visual foundation each time.
