ABOUT PROJECT

DineAI is building an AI receptionist that helps restaurants handle calls, reservations, orders, and guest questions.

Its assistant, Sofie, connects with restaurant systems, manages routine calls, and gives operators a dashboard for reviewing activity and performance.

DineAI came to Zyner while preparing its first go-to-market push and fundraising outreach. The product was live, but the company needed a stronger identity, a replacement website, product UI, and investor materials that could all tell the same story.

LineSight is building a smarter way for metal service centers to plan slitting and reduce avoidable scrap.

The Challenge

DineAI needed one credible visual system for two very different audiences: restaurant operators and investors.

The product had to feel approachable enough for hospitality teams while showing the technical depth expected from an AI platform. The design also had to move beyond presentation files and work with DineAI's live product infrastructure.

A brand without a system

The existing logo needed a refresh, there were no brand guidelines, and the website did not provide a strong foundation for launch.

A product that needed to be experienced

Restaurant operators needed to understand how Sofie sounds, what she handles, and how the dashboard helps them monitor calls, bookings, and performance.

A website connected to real product logic

The demo search, audio experience, authentication routes, and contact forms depended on custom backend behavior that Framer could not support on its own.

Branding

The identity connected voice technology with hospitality without making either side feel generic.

Zyner developed a symbol-led logo, wordmark, color palette, typography, and brand guidelines around a dark navy visual direction. Minimal layouts and abstract cues related to voice and sound gave the system a clear technical character while keeping it appropriate for restaurant operators.

The standalone symbol was designed to remain recognizable without the wordmark, allowing the identity to carry into social assets, business cards, QR applications, product screens, and investor materials.

WEBSITE

The website turned DineAI's product into a customer-facing experience that could connect to the live backend.

Zyner designed the site in Figma, showing how the visual language should work across page sections, light and dark contexts, and key interactions. The handoff included interaction notes so the intended experience was not limited to static screens.

Archil retained development and implemented the approved direction within its development workflow. This kept the build inside the team's preferred ecosystem while giving it a clear design reference.

Product UI

The dashboard made calls, bookings, and restaurant performance easier to review in one place.

Zyner designed the dashboard UI in Figma across the main overview, call and booking analytics, AI Pulse, settings, and call logs with recordings and timestamps. The system included dark and light modes, empty-data states, navigation behavior, and the supporting interface states needed for a working product.

The same brand palette, typography, and layout discipline used on the website carried into the dashboard, giving the customer-facing story and the product experience a consistent visual language.

Fundraising Materials

The investor story translated the product and its financial plan into structured, visual materials.

Zyner created a dark-mode pitch deck using charts, infographics, icons, and roadmap visuals in place of text-heavy layouts. The deck applied the same identity as the website and product UI, helping DineAI present one connected company across customer and investor conversations.

When a final investor request arrived with a one-day window, the scope was adjusted from a larger deck to a polished use-of-funds one-pager and a cleaned-up slide version. This gave the team deployable investor-facing materials within the available time.

Brand Applications

The identity was built to stay recognizable beyond the website and product.

Zyner extended the system into a LinkedIn banner, two business-card directions, QR-based assets, standalone logo renders, and a complete brand asset pack. These applications gave DineAI practical materials for digital outreach and in-person conversations without introducing a separate visual style.

The Result

DineAI now has a complete market-facing presence

DineAI moved from a live product without an established brand system to a public experience that clearly introduces Sofie to restaurant operators. The website gives the company one place to explain the product, demonstrate its value, present pricing, and capture interest.

Restaurant operators can experience Sofie before a sales conversation

Instead of relying on abstract AI claims, prospective customers can search for their restaurant, hear personalized sample calls, and see how reservations, orders, and call activity appear in the dashboard. This makes the product easier to understand and evaluate in the context of their own business.

One company story now supports launch and fundraising

DineAI now presents the same identity and product narrative across the website, dashboard, investor materials, LinkedIn presence, and business cards. This gives the team a consistent foundation for customer outreach and investor conversations
